Olivier Waucampt, President & CEO, Accor Services North America
Olivier has over 14 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, finance and M&A in the service & IT sectors. Prior to joining Accor Services in 2002, he held positions at Kraft Foods, Europ Assistance, a European Venture Capital firm and was part of the founding team of Qarbon Software. Olivier was instrumental in accelerating Accor Services USA’s growth through the acquisitions of WiredCommute and Commuter Check Services Corporation. He received an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris and Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL.

Gerard Bridi, President, Commuter Benefits 
Gerard has over 25 years of experience in the field of service management. He brings a wealth of knowledge surrounding the areas of strategic planning, business development and partnership building. Spanning an 18-year career within the services and hospitality industry, Gerard managed numerous businesses on behalf of the company with various public and private organizations with sales exceeding $400 million. Gerard joined Accor Services USA in 2003, and as EVP, is responsible for leading the organization through its current high-growth mode.

Niraj Jetly, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering
Niraj Jetly has over 15 years of experience in technology and product management. He brings tremendous knowledge in areas of strategic technology planning, technical roadmaps, product lifecycle planning, project management software quality assurance and data centers. Niraj has held several leadership positions in various companies in healthcare, automotive and high-tech industries. Prior to joining to Accor Services USA, he worked at Mednet System as CEO and led the company to launch several Healthcare IT products nationwide. Under his leadership Mednet system won prestigious Safe Rx award.  Niraj is a frequent speaker, business writer, and author of published IT specific articles. Niraj holds a BS in Electrical engineering from PEC Chandigarh, India.

Kerry Gilligan, Vice President of Product Development and Implementation
Kerry has over 15 years of experience in management, product development, and operational roles at leading companies within the Benefits, Health Care, and Transportation industries. Kerry co-founded WiredCommute in 1999 (now one of Accor Services USA’s product lines), and was instrumental in product development and defining the operation support structure.

David Judd, Vice President of Business Development
David brings over 20 years of experience in regional transit and traffic management. His expertise includes development of transit programs for regional transportation agencies with special focus on organizing and integrating private sector service providers and vendors. Prior to joining Accor Services USA, David held positions with Parsons Brinckerhoff and with TRANSCOM, a coalition of regional transportation management and traffic enforcement agencies under the auspices of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. David received a Master of Public Administration and a BA in Urban Affairs from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Meltem Korkmazel Ustun, Vice President of Operations
Meltem has over 9 years experience in engineering, manufacturing quality management, automated fare collection in transit environments, and program management including developing and administering retail applications and corporate transit benefit programs. Prior to joining Accor Services USA, she worked at Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority for four years implementing a new fare collection system based on smart card technology, or locally known as the CharlieCard. She started and rolled out a network of 140 + retailers that issue and sell fare media including on CharlieCards. She redesigned the MBTA’s corporate pass program to incorporate CharlieCards: online ordering and electronic loading of monthly transit benefits sponsored by employers. She holds BS and MSc. of mechanical engineering and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Dharmesh Parikh, Finance Controller
Dharmesh has 17 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting and Taxation both for manufacturing and service companies. Dharmesh has been with Accor Services for last 7 years heading the Finance and Legal functions and also overseeing the Operations functions for Accor Service in India. Dharmesh was transferred to Accor Services USA in 2006. In his role as Finance Controller for Accor Services USA he is charged with ensuring that correct Procedures and Processes are set-up and implemented by various departments for control purposes and to also develop and motivate the finance and operations team. Dharmesh holds a professional degree of Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Audit from India.
